Major Chinese steel mills' daily pig iron output declines in late Apr

Major Chinese steel mills produced about 18.5 million tonnes of pig iron during the last ten-day period of April, with an average daily output of 1,850,000 tonnes, down 2.5% from mid-April, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
