Haomei New Material to build aluminum profile base in Morocco

Guangdong Haomei New Material Co., Ltd. plans to invest up to RMB510 million (USD74.61 million) to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Morocco and build a new aluminum profile production base. The investment will be channeled through its Hong Kong subsidiary, Haomei Aluminum Products Co., Ltd.

The project will be located in the Tangier Tech City in Morocco, with Haomei Aluminum Products holding 100% equity in the Moroccan subsidiary. Once completed, the facility is expected to have an annual production capacity of approximately 44,000 tonnes of aluminum profiles, including lightweight automotive aluminum profiles, construction aluminum profiles, and industrial aluminum profiles. The base will serve as a key production hub to support Haomei's expansion into European and North African markets.
