Australia Imposes New Exporter Duties on Chinese Aluminum-Zinc Coated Steel

Australia's Minister for Industry and Innovation and Minister for Science has approved a final determination following a new exporter review of aluminum-zinc coated steel originating from China.

As outlined in Anti-Dumping Commission Notice 2026/035, the ruling specifically applies to Guanxian Chuangsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. Under the implemented measures, the company will face anti-dumping (AD) duties calculated using a floor price method. In addition, a countervailing duty (CVD) of 1.2% will be applied to the products.

The affected products include flat-rolled products of iron and non-alloy steel, plated or coated with aluminum-zinc alloys, with a width of 600 millimeters or more. They fall under HS codes 7210.61.00.60, 7210.61.00.61, and 7210.61.00.62.
