China's ten major nonferrous metals output up 3.6% YoY in Q1
China's production of ten major nonferrous metals reached 7.07 million tonnes in March 2026, up 2.2% YoY, and the output from January to March totaled 20.53 million tonnes, an increase of 3.6% from the same period last year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
During the first quarter, China produced 11.41 million tonnes of primary aluminum, up 3.1% YoY, including 3.85 million tonnes in March, up 2.7% YoY.
