Leibo Kairui secures new phosphate mining license in Sichuan

Leibo Kairui Phosphorus Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Wintrue Holding Co., Ltd., has obtained a phosphate mining license issued by the Department of Natural Resources of Sichuan Province for the western section of the Niuniuzhai North mining area in Leibo, Sichuan. The license is valid through March 30, 2056.

As of December 31, 2023, the area holds identified phosphate resources of 228.8 million tonnes, with an average grade of 19.15% P2O5. The mine is designed for an annual production capacity of 4 million tonnes and a service life of 52 years (excluding construction period).

With this license, the company's self-owned phosphate mining capacity increases from 6.9 million tonnes to 10.9 million tonnes per year, further strengthening its resource base across the phosphate value chain.
