On April 3, Xinjiang Zhongming Technology Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for its 80,000tpa aluminum coil project in the East Industrial Park of the Wujiaqu Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The project involves a total investment of RMB500 million (USD73.19 million) and covers 70 Mu (4.67 hectares), including the construction of 33,000 square meters of standardized production facilities.
Upon reaching full capacity, the company is expected to achieve annual output of 100,000 tonnes and generate output value of RMB2 billion (USD293 million). The project will help fill a gap in Xinjiang's high-end aluminum coil manufacturing segment and further optimize the industrial structure of the development zone's downstream aluminum processing sector.
