China suspends export controls on gallium, germanium, and antimony to U.S.

China's Ministry of Commerce announced that export controls on dual-use items related to gallium, germanium, antimony, and superhard materials for non-military purposes to the United States will be temporarily suspended from November 9, 2025 to November 27, 2026.

Previously, in December 2024, China issued measures to tighten export controls over relevant dual-use items to the United States, prohibiting shipments to military users or for military purposes, and imposing strict reviews on graphite and other dual-use materials.
