Major Chinese steel mills' daily steel product output rises further in late Sep

Major Chinese steel mills produced around 21.42 million tonnes of finished steel products during the final ten-day period of September, with the daily average output at around 2,142,000 tonnes, up by 4% from mid-September, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).

By the end of the period, major Chinese steel mills held finished steel products inventory of approximately 14.67 million tonnes, a decrease of 620,000 tonnes or 4.1% compared with ten days ago.
