Dongxing Jiaxin launches waste aluminum recycling and high-end alloy project

Jiugang Gansu Dongxing Jiaxin New Materials Co., Ltd., a JISCO subsidiary, has commissioned its waste aluminum recycling and green high-end aluminum alloy project.

The project, with a total investment of around RMB237 million (USD33.29 million), will build a 60,000-tonne-per-annum (tpa) high-end aluminum alloy production line and a 35,000tpa recycled aluminum production line, with a planned additional 65,000tpa expansion capacity for recycled aluminum.

The project is expected to generate an annual output value of RMB2 billion (USD281 million), contribute more than RMB12 million (USD1.69 million) in profit and taxes, and create over 110 jobs. Products include high-end aluminum alloy round ingots across 2xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx series, as well as A356 recycled aluminum alloy, supporting a strategic shift toward higher-end and greener product offerings.
