TINCI Jiujiang signs electrolyte supply agreement with CORNEX

On July 15, Jiujiang Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (TINCI Jiujiang), a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd., signed a electrolyte supply agreement with Wuhan Cornex New Energy Co., Ltd., Xiaogan Cornex Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and Yichang Cornex Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.

Under the agreement, which is valid from the date of signing through December 31, 2030, TINCI Jiujiang will supply CORNEX with no less than 550,000 tonnes of electrolyte products. The unit price will be adjusted monthly based on lithium carbonate price fluctuations, as outlined in the agreement.
