On July 8, Jiangsu Qiangshi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. broke ground on its lightweight precision aluminum manufacturing project in the Maxi Industrial Zone of Matang Town.
With a total investment of about RMB500 million (USD69.64 million) and a planned area of approximately 17,000 square meters, the project will focus on intelligent production of precision aluminum products. Once fully operational, it is expected to produce 90,000 aluminum bobbins for the textile industry and 1,300 tonnes of aluminum automotive parts (mainly wheels) annually, generating taxable sales of up to RMB450 million (USD62.68 million) per year.
