On June 27, Liaoning Hezhan Energy Group Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary, Liaoning Changhe Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd., signed a supply contract with Beijing Puhua Sunshine Investment Co., Ltd. for the sale of hybrid steel-concrete wind turbine towers. The contract covers 54 units of 160-meter hybrid towers for the 300MW Mudanjiang Linkou Wind Power Project, with a total contract value of RMB177.12 million (USD24.73 million) (tax included). Delivery is scheduled to take place between October 2025 and December 2026.
