China's production of ten nonferrous metals up 2.3% in Jan-Apr

China's production of ten nonferrous metals reached 6.76 million tonnes in April 2025, up by 3.1% from a year ago, and the production from January to April totaled 26.6 million tonnes, up by 2.3% year on year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.

In the first four months, China produced 14.79 million tonnes of primary aluminum, up by 3.4% from the prior year period, including 3.75 million tonnes in April, up by 4.2% YoY.
