JL MAG's annual rare earth magnets output and sales hit new highs

In 2024, JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. produced about 29,300 tonnes of high-performance magnet blanks, marking a 39.48% YoY increase. The company sold around 20,900 tonnes of finished high-performance magnet products, up by 37.88% YoY, reaching record-high production and sales levels. According to public data, JL MAG has become the leading company in the production and sales of rare earth permanent magnet materials in both China and the global market.

In January 2025, the company announced plans to invest in a green intelligent manufacturing project with an annual capacity of 20,000 tonnes of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials. The project, expected to take two years to complete, will increase the company's total annual production capacity to 60,000 tonnes upon completion.
