On November 18, Baowu Group Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. began hot commissioning of its first Zn-Al-Mg coated steel plate production line and produced the first roll of product.

The company started to build the production line in 2024, with a designed capacity of 350,000tpa of high-quality Zn-Al-Mg coated steel plates, which have thickness of 0.4mm~3.0mm and width of 750mm~1250mm.
