Major Chinese steel mills' daily steel product output down 7.8% in early Nov

Major Chinese steel mills produced around 19.53 million tonnes of finished steel products during the first ten-day period of November, when the daily output was 1,953,000 tonnes, down by 7.8% from late October, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).

By the end of the period, major Chinese steel mills held finished steel products inventory of around 13.66 million tonnes, a small increase of 20,000 tonnes or 0.1% from late October.
