Inner Mongolia Yinkerui to build high-purity boron alloy project

Inner Mongolia Yinkerui New Material Co., Ltd. plans to build two 8000kVA furnaces, with production capacity of 17,200tpa of high-purity boron alloy, through a capacity swap scheme where 16,000tpa of ferrosilicon production capacity quota, which is already suspended by Baotou Kunda Silicon Business Ltd., will be replaced at the ratio of 1.25:1, according to the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Baotou.

Construction of the new furnaces is scheduled to begin in December 2024, with production expected in December 2025.
