Major Chinese steel mills' daily pig iron output rises in late Oct

Major Chinese steel mills produced about 20.73 million tonnes of pig iron during the last eleven-day period of October with an average daily output of 1,885,000 tonnes, up by 1.2% from mid-October, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
