CISA: Major steel mills' daily crude steel output down 5.4% in late Aug

Major Chinese steel mills reported crude steel production of around 20.74 million tonnes during the final eleven-day period of August when the daily output was around 1,885,400 tonnes, down by 5.42% from mid-August, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
