Tsingshan's 1.2Mtpa stainless steel JV breaks ground in Indonesia

On August 9, the groundbreaking ceremony for a 1.2Mtpa stainless steel manufacturing project was held at Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park.

The project is built by PT Glory Metal Indonesia, a joint venture between Tsingshan and Jindal Stainless Ltd. It has a planned land area of 150,000 square meters, with a production capacity of 1.2 million tonnes per annum of stainless steel.
