China launches inspection of state-owned natural resources assets

The Ministry of Natural Resources of China has issued a notice on carrying out a national-wide inspection of natural resources assets owned by the state, including land, minerals, forests, grasslands, wetlands, water and oceans, in a bid to improve the country's natural resources management. The inspection is scheduled to be fully completed by June 2026.
