On July 12, Beijing Laibao Technology Group Co., Ltd. reached an agreement with Delingha government to build the phase one of a 10,000tpa silicon metal and 5GW modules project.

Delingha, a county-level city in Qinghai, China, signed deals for eight projects for a total contract value of nearly RMB8.5 billion (USD1.2 billion) during the 25th Qinghai·China Investment and Trade Fair for Green Development.
