CISA: Major steel mills' daily crude steel output rises to 2.21Mt in mid-May

Major Chinese steel mills reported crude steel production of around 22.09 million tonnes during the second ten-day period of May when the daily output averaged 2,209,200 tonnes, up by 0.81% from early May, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
