Zijin Mining reported mined copper production of 262,649 tonnes in Q1 2024, up by 5.2% YoY, while the Q1 mined zinc production declined by 8.5% YoY to 98,453 tonnes, according to the company's quarterly report.

During the first quarter, the company produced 190,805 tonnes of refined copper and 92,536 tonnes of refined zinc, up by 9.5% and 5.3% respectively from the year ago period.
