The plate mill of Pangang Group Xichang Steel Vanadium Co., Ltd. has met its production and sales guidance for the first quarter of 2024.

The plate mill produced 191,800 tonnes of hot-rolled steel in the first quarter and also produced 43,700 tonnes of PV-purposed steel product.

In March, the production of ultra-thin hot-rolled steel sheet with thickness of less than 2mm, the inventory and shipment of of hot-rolled steel products all hit a historic high.
