CISA: Major steel mills' daily steel product output records 2.12Mt in late Mar

Major Chinese steel mills produced about 23.29 million tonnes of steel products during the last eleven-day period of March, during which the daily output was 2,117,700 tonnes, up by 7.76% from mid-March, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).

By the end of the March, major Chinese steel mills held steel products inventory of around 18.43 million tonnes, a decrease of 1,106,200 tonnes or 5.66% from mid-March.
