Yili Steel, a subsidiary of Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., produced 57,100t of pig iron and 71,900t of crude steel in January 2024, up by 100% and 99.3% respectively versus a year ago.

In January, Yili Steel sold 50,300t of steel products, up by 231% from the prior year period.
