Yulin reports magnesium metal production of 391.4kt in first ten months
China's Yulin achieved a 4.5% year-on-year increase in the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size from January to October 2023, the same as that of the first nine months, according to the local statistics bureau.
From January to October, Yulin produced 498.71 million tonnes of raw coal, 516,700 tonnes of primary aluminum, 391,400 tonnes of magnesium metal, 13,097.5 tonnes of polysilicon, 938,400 tonnes of ferroalloys, 27.53 million tonnes of semi-coke, 2.31 million tonnes of coal tar, 947,500 tonnes of caustic soda, and 1.85 million tonnes of calcium carbide, all showing positive growth from the prior year period.
