GRIAM transfers 38.72% equity of Grirem to China Rare Earth Group
On May 25, Grinm Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (GRIAM) announced that the company would transfer its 38.7244% equity of Grirem Advanced Materials Co.,Ltd.(Grirem) to China Rare Earth Group at a transfer price of RMB518 million (USD73.29 million); the company transferred its 5% equity of Grirem to its controlling shareholder, GRINM GROUP, at a transfer price of RMB66.92 million (USD9.47 million).
