According to the Implementation Plan on Advancing High-quality Development of Energy Industry (2023-2025) publicized by Energy Bureau of Guangdong recently, the province will advance scale-level development of offshore wind power by forming offshore wind power clusters; will expedite construction of already approved and planned offshore wind power projects; and will construct demonstrative projects for state-owned offshore wind power projects.
