On May 24, Jinguan Co., Ltd. announced that it signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Middle East Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Russia in co-building charging piles along the Iran-Russia road Life Supply Line.

According to the memorandum, every 100 kilometers both-way along the road there will be a solar charging pile in place and there will be 70 charging piles along the total 3,500km main line of the road with total investment of RMB1.4 billion (USD0.20 billion); sublines of the road with a total length of 170,000 kilometers will have 3,400 charging piles to be built with total investment of RMB68 billion (USD9.62 billion).
