On March 23, the foundation stone laying ceremony for the 800ktpa coal to olefin project and Phase I 10Mtpa No. 4 open-pit coal mine project of Yankuang Xinjiang Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. under Shandong Energy Group was held in Xinjiang Zhundong Economic-Technological Development Zone, marking a new breakthrough in the development and construction of Shandong Energy Group's Xinjiang base.
