On November 24, 2022, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico announced in the official daily that it made the affirmative final ruling of fifth anti-dumping sunset review on steel coils originating in or imported from Russia, and continued to impose an anti-dumping duty of 29.30% on the products involved. The measures took effect from June 8, 2021, and the period of validity would be five years. This case involves the products under TIGIE tax codes 7208.10.03, 7208.25.02, 7208.37.01 and 7225.30.07. The announcement shall take effect from the next day after its issuance.
