CHALIECO to acquire 67% equity of KERI with 47.13 million yuan

CHALIECO announced on November 27 that in order to expand the design market of the nonferrous metallurgy industry, the company planned to purchase 67% of the shares of Kunming Engineering & Research Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy Co., Ltd. (KERI) held by Yunnan Metallurgical Group with a price of around 47.13 million yuan (6.55 million US dollars). At present, Yunnan Metallurgical Group is a holding subsidiary of China Copper Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Chinalco, the controlling shareholder of the company. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction.
