Nippon Steel Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. recently announced the adjustment of the contract price of stainless steel wire rods signed from September to November 2022 (shipped from October to December): SUS304 nickel-based product will drop by JPY50,000/t (USD346/t), while SUS430 chromium-based product will remain unchanged. This is another reduction in the contract price of its nickel-based products after the reduction in July-August, and the price contract period recovers from two months to three months.
