According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), major steel mills' steel product output in China totaled around 20.98 million tons in the second ten days of September 2022, and the average daily output posted around 2.10 million tons during this period, up by 3.51% from that in the first ten days of this month.

In the second ten days of September 2022, major steel mills in China held around 17.66 million tons of steel products in stock, up by about 596,500 tons or 3.50% from stocks in the first ten days of this month.
