Sunwoda announced on September 20 that Sunwoda EVB, its subsidiary, plans to invest and construct Sunwoda Yiwu new energy power battery production base project within the jurisdiction of the Yiwu Government. The products of this project include cells, modules, PACK and battery systems of automotive power batteries and energy storage batteries. The project, with a total planned investment of about 21.3 billion yuan (3.03 billion US dollars), plans to build a production base with a total capacity of about 50GWh of power batteries and energy storage batteries.
