According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), the added value of nonferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 2.3% YoY in July, and the accumulated added value from January to July increased by 3.9% YoY.

China's production of ten nonferrous metals was 5.63 million tons in July, up by 4.8% YoY. From January to July, the output of ten nonferrous metals totaled 38.3 million tons, up by 1.4% from the same period last year. The output of primary aluminum in July was 3.43 million tons, up by 5.6% YoY, and that from January to July totaled 22.95 million tons, up by 1.1% YoY.
