On August 12, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) under the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that the United States will impose export controls on some technologies that produce advanced semiconductor and turbine. The statement pointed out that the technologies involved this time include: semiconductor materials gallium oxide and diamond, electronic computer aided design (ECAD) as well as pressure gain combustion technology (PGC).
