According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), major steel mills' steel product output in China totaled around 20.77 million tons in the last ten days of July 2022, and the average daily output posted around 1.89 million tons during this period, down by 5.35% from that in the previous ten days of this month.

In the last ten days of July, major steel mills held around 16.60 million tons of steel products in stock, down by about 2.43 million tons or 12.79% from those in the previous ten days of July.
