China Baoan Group announced on June 23 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BTR (Hongkong) New Material Group Co., Ltd. plans to establish a joint venture with STELLAR INVESTMENT PTE.LTD. to develop and build a "80ktpy of new energy lithium battery anode materials integration project" in Indonesia with a total investment of about USD478 million.
