Tongwei Co., Ltd. announced on June 22 that recently, the company's five subsidiaries including Sichuan Yongxiang Poly-silicon Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yongxiang New Energy Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Tongwei Silicon Co., Ltd., Yunnan Tongwei High Purity Crystalline Silicon Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Yongxiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called "the sellers") signed a long-term sales contract of polycrystalline silicon with Yuze Semiconductor (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. Under the contract, Yueze Semiconductor will purchase 161,100t of polycrystalline silicon products from the buyers during 2022 to 2026, with the total estimated sales amount of RMB38.5 billion (USD5.74 billion) excluding tax.
