Recently, Inner Mongolia Huomei-Hongjun Aluminium & Electricity Co., Ltd. successfully launched the first electrolytic series full graphitized cathode casting energy-saving cell of 400kA, marking a key step in the company's full graphitized technical transformation project.

After the technical transformation of electrolytic cells of 400kA, it is estimated that the DC power consumption per ton of aluminum can be reduced by 280kWh. Based on the current annual output of 380,000 tons, 106.4 million kWh of DC power can be saved every year.
