On the morning of May 23, Shijiazhuang City held a centralized start-up activity for key projects in the second quarter of 2022. The branch of Pingshan County was established at the site of the 5Mpty steel scrap processing and recycling project of Hebei Fushan Recycling Resources Recovery Co., Ltd.

With a total investment of RMB1.23 billion (USD183 million) and a covering area of 113 acres, the project is built by Hebei Fushan Recycling Resources Recovery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jingye Group. After the project is completed, it can recycle and process 5 million tons of steel scrap every year, realize an operating income of RMB20.275 billion (USD3.01 billion), and pay taxes of RMB440 million (USD65.35 million).
