On May 17, JL MAG announced that its fully owned subsidiary JL Baotou signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Northern branch of CR Power Investment, subsidiary of CR Power. According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in following fields, including but not limited to, combined and centralized new energy projects, industrial-park-based renewable resources substitution projects, thermal power renovation projects, decentralized wind power projects, and permanent magnet motor renovation projects.
