- Fugu Yide Magnesium Alloy Co., Ltd. was established in October 2004 and is located in Guojiawan Industrial Park, Fugu County, Shaanxi Province. Relying on the energy advantages of the region and adhering to the ideas of energy conservation, environmental protection, comprehensive utilization and sustainable development, the company has now formed a circular economic development model with an annual production scale of 20,000t of magnesium, 10,000t of ferrosilicon, 300,000t of semi-coke, 30,000t of coal tar and 5,000 reduction tanks. The company's annual industrial output value can reach 450 million yuan. The production process of the company's main product, primary magnesium ingot, adopts the silicon thermal reduction method (Pijiang method). The selected dolomite is calcined and then mixed with ferrosilicon and a small amount of fluorite powder in a certain proportion and ground together. It is pressed into pellets by a briquette press, and then loaded into a reduction tank to extract metal magnesium (crude magnesium) through a 1200-degree high-temperature reduction reaction in a regenerative energy-saving reduction furnace. The crude magnesium is refined and extracted, and a continuous casting machine is used to cast and produce finished magnesium ingots. The product magnesium ingot meets the national standard GB/T3499-2011 for metal magnesium. The output rate of first-level magnesium ingots is more than 80%, and the output rate of second-level magnesium ingots is more than 95%. The production and service of metal magnesium products have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.
