- On the afternoon of November 25, Mr. Giuseppe Filomena, the CellMarlk VP Global Operations for Metals, together with Ms. Manyi Nousu and Ms. Francesca Sofia Paolini, the representatives of Customer Service, Desk Sales and Logistics, visited Asian Metal and were warmly greeted by Ms. Daphne Zhang, the Consultant & Senior Product Manager for Magnesium Industry.
- Ms. Daphne Zhang analyzed the global supply and demand of magnesium metal in 2024 and gave an anticipation for the market supply and application in 2025. Besides, Ms. Daphne Zhang also shared Chinese suppliers’ efforts with the target of low carbon. Mr. Giuseppe Filomena claimed that the demand weakened in Europe since 2022 due to price fluctuation and low carbon target. More European consumers pay attention to low carbon material and some insiders also had interests in Aluminum Thermal production process. Entering 2025, by virtue of the current price advantage, excellent lightening performance of magnesium and efforts of low carbon in magnesium industry, he expects to see a better future and rising application in 2025.
- CellMark, as a member of Asian Metal for many years, has long been paying attention to and referring to Asian Metal's market reports and market prices, and also highly appreciated the previous magnesium summits. CellMark will attend the upcoming 13th Magnesium Summit to be held on 10-11 April of 2025 in Xiamen.
