Asian Metal visits Tuoxin Metallic Materials, Weibang Mining Investment, Liejin Metals, Jinniu Trading and Huili Metallic Materials
- On November 8, 2018, Asian Metal analyst Ms. Shelly Liu on indium, bismuth, germanium and gallium markets visited a number of companies based in the Guangdong city Shaoguan, and held in-depth discussions with them on indium production and prices. The companies she visited included Shaoguan Tuoxin Metallic Materials Co., Ltd., Shaoguan Shaozhou Weibang Mining Investment Co., Ltd., Shaoguan Liejin Metals Co., Ltd., Shaoguan Jinniu Trading Co., Ltd. and Shaoguan Huili Metallic Materials Co., Ltd.
- In the morning, Ms. Shelly Liu first visited Tuoxin Metallic Materials where she met and had profound discussions with its General Manager Mr. Zhou Xiaoxin on the current indium market and price trends. Mr. Zhou revealed that his company is mainly dedicated to indium trading and at present maintains an average trading volume of above 5tpm; meanwhile, the company has its own crude and refined indium processing plant respectively in Yunnan and Hunan. Mr. Zhou thought highly of Asian Metal's information service, and quite considered to take part in the 12th Indium & Bismuth & Germanium & Gallium Forum to be held by Asian Metal in Zhuhai, Guangdong on March 14-15, 2019.

- In the following visit to Weibang Mining Investment and Liejin Metals, Ms. Shelly Liu met and communicated with shareholder and Finance Director Ms. Pan Zhoumei and Manager Mr. Pan Sheng of Weibang Mining Investment. Mr. Pan revealed that at present the two companies cooperate on indium trading and both of them have been working on indium business for nearly 20 years. Mr. Pan showed high interest in taking part in the 12th Indium & Bismuth & Germanium & Gallium Forum to be held by Asian Metal inZhuhai, Guangdong on March 14-15, 2019.

- In the afternoon, Ms. Shelly Liu visited Jinniu Trading and Huili Metallic Materials, and communicated with their General Manager Mr. Tan Baiding on indium prices and operation status of the companies. Mr. Tan revealed that Jinniu Trading focuses upon indium trading while Huili Metallic Materials on indium production and deep processing. Mr. Tan was interviewed by Shelly Liu as the guest of the AM column Interviews on Managers to give more detailed introduction. Mr. Tan thought highly of Asian Metal's information service and also showed high interest in taking part in the 12th Indium & Bismuth & Germanium & Gallium Forum to be held by Asian Metal in Zhuhai, Guangdong on March 14-15, 2019.

- In the evening, Ms. Shelly Liu was invited to a welcome dinner organized by Mr. Tan, and the other participants included General Manager Mr. Wang Yulin of Shaoguan Kaidi Technological Development Co., Ltd. and Mr. Zhou Xiaoxin from Shaoguan Tuoxin Metallic Materials Co., Ltd.
