- On the 22nd of November, 2017, Vivian Pang, Asian Metal's senior analyst of rare earth market, visited Arafura Resources Limited, Northern Minerals Limited and Alkane Resources Ltd and was warmly welcomed by the companies mentioned above. They developed friendly exchanges on the status of rare earth market and the future supply-demand pattern.
- On the morning, Vivian Pang visited Arafura Resources Limited and met with Richard Brescianini, General Manager of Exploration & Development Division. The two parties exchanged opinions on the current prices, future price trend of rare earth products and Asian Metal’s pricing strategy.
- Subsequently, Vivian visited Northern Minerals Limited and was warmly received by George Bauk, CEO, and Robin Jones, COO of the company. According to George, the Browns Range pilot plant is progressing smoothly and is expected to supply rare earth concentrates in bulk in July 2018. Besides, the two sides penetrated into the supply-demand pattern of rare earth market in the future. George expressed full recognition on Asian metal's detailed and systematic information service and intention to attend and sponsor the 10th International Rare Earth Summit which will be held in Sanya, Hainan Province, on May 10-11, 2018 by Asian Metal.
- On the afternoon, Vivian visited Alkane Resources Ltd and met with Alister MacDonald, General Manager of Marketing Department. They exchanged views on the price trend and policy of rare earth market. Alkane Resources has been the member of Asian Metal for many years and always refers to Asian Metal’s prices to formulate marketing plans.
