On May 23, the second phase project of Ansteel Guangzhou Automotive Steel Co., Ltd. started construction. The first phase of the project was completed in 2016, mainly producing high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and can meet the high-end steel needs of industries such as automobiles and home appliances in the Pearl River Delta and South China. In order to adapt to the high-quality development of the automotive industry and promote the strengthening and supplementation of the regional automotive steel industry chain, it is decided to launch the second phase project and build a "green, information, and intelligent" automotive hot-dip galvanized steel production line with world-class equipment. In particular, the annual production of the hot-dip galvanizing unit for automotive panel will reach 400,000 tons, and that of the heavy coil inspection unit for automotive panel will record 150,000 tons.
